This policy ensures that your investment is protected by the highest technical standards in Zimbabwe.
1. Structural Workmanship Guarantee
The foundation of a secure boundary lies in its installation. Nakiso provides a 12-Month Workmanship Warranty on all professional installations.
Post & Foundation Integrity
We guarantee that all fence posts are set with appropriate concrete depth and density. We cover structural failures, leaning, or loosening of posts caused by installation error.
Alignment & Tensioning
Our warranty covers the precision alignment of Clearview panels and the structural tensioning of Diamond Mesh or Field Fencing, ensuring no sagging or warping for the duration of the guarantee.
2. Material Integrity & Anti-Corrosion
We utilize industrial-grade steel treated for Zimbabwe’s specific climate. Our materials are selected for their durability against high UV exposure and seasonal rain.
Clearview & Diamond Mesh: We guarantee the structural integrity of our hot-dip galvanized steel against rust-through for up to 10 years (dependent on proximity to corrosive industrial zones).
Polyester Finishes: Our high-adhesion powder coatings (Anthracite, Black, Green) are guaranteed against significant peeling or cracking for 24 months from the date of installation.
3. Automation & Smart Systems
Electronic components are covered by Manufacturer Warranties, coordinated directly through our technical desk.
Centurion & Industrial Brands: Typically 12-24 months manufacturer warranty on mechanical components and gearboxes.
Energizers: 12-month warranty against internal circuitry failure (requires certified surge protection).
4. Policy Exclusions
To maintain your warranty, the infrastructure must be used and maintained according to Nakiso standards. The following are excluded:
Exclusion Criteria
- Vandalism & Impact: Damage caused by intruders, vehicle collisions, or attempted breaches.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any modification or repair by a third-party contractor immediately voids the Nakiso warranty.
- Force Majeure: Lightning strikes (on electric fences), floods, ground shifts (earthquakes), or extreme weather events.
- Power Surges: Electrical damage caused by ZESA grid instability (we strongly recommend voltage stabilizers).
5. The Nakiso Warranty Activation & Claims Protocol
Notify our technical desk via WhatsApp or Email. Please provide your Project Reference or Invoice Number to trigger your digital service history.
A Nakiso specialist will conduct a site audit to determine if the issue is structural, mechanical, or caused by external site environmental factors.
Our engineering team verifies the assessment against your Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to confirm warranty eligibility and provide a technical report.
Valid claims are repaired at zero cost. For non-warranty issues, we provide an expedited quote at our exclusive Priority Client Rate.
