Framework for Professional Infrastructure & Boundary Defense Services

These terms govern the relationship between Nakiso Fencing (a division of the Nakiso Group) and the Client. By accepting our technical quotation, the Client enters into a binding agreement for the supply and installation of high-security infrastructure. Our goal is to ensure Total Site Sovereignty through clear technical and financial accountability.

1. Quotations and Project Scope

All technical quotations issued by Nakiso Fencing are subject to the following conditions:

Validity Period

Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue. Due to the volatility of material costs and fuel in Zimbabwe, prices are subject to review if the deposit is not paid within this window.

Terrain & Ground Conditions

Unless explicitly stated, quotes assume standard soil density. Exceptional conditions (e.g., solid rock in Glen Lorne or shifting sand in Bluff Hill) that require specialized pneumatic drilling or reinforced concrete foundations will incur additional costs.

2. Financial Obligations

To ensure project continuity and logistical mobilization from our Msasa hub, the following payment structure applies:

Deposit

70% upfront payment is required to secure materials and schedule the installation team.

Balance

30% final payment is due immediately upon practical completion of the installation.

*Nakiso Fencing reserves the right to suspend works or withhold certificates of completion if payment schedules are not met.

3. Client Responsibilities

For efficient project execution, the Client must ensure the site is ready for the technical team.

Boundary Alignment

The Client is responsible for indicating correct boundary pegs. Nakiso Fencing accepts no liability for fencing installed on disputed land if the Client provided the alignment instructions.

Utilities & Clearing

The Client must provide access to water and a 220V power source within 50 meters of the work site. The fence line must be cleared of vegetation (1 meter on either side) prior to the team's arrival.

Warranty & Workmanship

We stand by our engineering. Every Nakiso installation is backed by a standard of technical excellence.

12-Month Workmanship

Covers structural defects related to post-setting, alignment, and tensioning.

Material Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to electronic components (energizers, gate motors, sensors).

5. Liability and Risk

Underground Infrastructure

While we take every precaution, Nakiso Fencing is not liable for damage to underground pipes (water/sewage) or cables (ZESA/TelOne) that were not clearly marked or identified by the Client prior to excavation.

Force Majeure: Nakiso is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, civil unrest, or nationwide material shortages beyond our control.
